Seeing Differently Challenge – 9 of 15

Today I’m sharing my 9th image of the seeing differently challenge.

Looking through.. to a new day

I ummed and ahhed as to whether this image was ‘seeing differentlly’. I felt that it was.

I realised, that when we are ‘looking through – to beyond’ – our eyes compensate and we probably don’t even know we are looking through. The lens sees differently! In a way, I think we become the spectator and the photographer all at once.

If this challenge (idea) appeals to you, please jump in. You are welcome!Β  We will be exploring throughout October and we are halfway there!

To view all the other images for the challenge, enter our tag #seedifferently2016 into the WP Reader.. and enjoy!

  1. I do love this Robyn, as it really shows us that we don’t need every thing in sharp detail.
The Foreground details – yes, can – be blurred.
It is Another way to see.

The camera allows us to make magic, by choosing selective focus and changing other settings. One setting change can create a very different image!
Glad the local area makes you feel at home. It’s a lovely place – but a little less wind would be nice presently 😜😜 ..and we are finally seeing the sun for bits.
      Enjoy your Sunday!
